Visitor Visa Types There will be major changes effective October 1, 2006

O-A Long Stay Visa or "Retirement" One Year Visa Must be 50 years old and Deposit of B800,000 in a Thailand bank account or Monthly foreign income (pension) of B65,000 or Combination of above Annual renewal done inside Thailand Report to Thai Immigration every 90 days to sign a form or via mail Only one of a foreign married couple must meet the above criteria O-B Spouse of a Thai National Legal marriage certificate, not just Thai marriage ceremony O-IB Investment Visa B2,000,000 and one year visa B10,000,000 and two year visa O-ED, M, R, RS, EX and O other special types 90 days to five years
